III: Meeting Design & Facilitation
We can plan and conduct your complex, multi-day working meetings. Before the meeting we'll help you identify the true purpose of the meeting, identify the deliverables that the meeting must produce, assemble a complete attendee list, develop a detailed agenda (game plan) for the entire meeting, and arrange all on-site logistics.
On-site, we'll conduct the general sessions and orchestrate the breakout sessions. In both venues we'll arrange for documentation of all ideas, decisions, commitments and action items that arise from those sessions, and arrange for archiving that vital data.
Our turnkey services free you from worrying about conducting the meetings, so that you can concentrate on participating in the discussion.
We can design and facilitate meetings for Strategic Planning, Goal Setting, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Transition Management, Think-Tank Sessions, etc.
